Gary was punctual, polite, and straightforward about the job. Appreciated shoe coverings when entering the home, even if it was just to our entry way. Gary arrived on time and was very conscious of keeping his work area clean and tidy (even wearing covers over his work boots which he removed and put on as he moved from area to area). I found Gary to be highly professional and only too willing to offer advice and guidance.
